It governs the use of our Platform and Services and, together with the Terms of Use (referred to as the “Terms”), forms a legally binding agreement between Bizhelp Technology and Advisory Private Limited and its Users.

These help in verifying your identity and delivering our Services. The responsibility for the accuracy or authenticity of the provided information does not fall on the Company, nor do we undertake the responsibility to verify any information you provide.
  • If you submit your GSTIN details during the account setup process, please understand that it is a voluntary disclosure. Your GSTIN details are needed primarily for KYC purposes and for the submission of bids or tenders.
  • The mobile numbers and email addresses you supply on our Platform are collected and utilized for various forms of communication with you.
  • Information Collected Through Platform Interaction: During your visits to our Platform or when you use our Services, we capture specific details of your interactions. This includes the web pages you browse, your IP address, the links and actions you engage in, your browser type, your device's unique identifier, and device-related information like operating system, browser plug-ins, system crashes, activity, and hardware settings. We also gather location-based data, the time and date of your requests, the referral URL, and cookie data that uniquely identifies your browser or mobile application, including your browsing history.
  • Information from Third-Party Providers: We may access and retrieve your information held by third-party providers, such as the KYC Registration Agency, the Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN), and the National Informatics Centre. This can include your name, KYC details and status, father's name, occupation, address, and associated documentation. By using our Services, you grant us permission to download and retrieve your information from these and other governmental or statutory bodies, including but not limited to GSTN and NIC.

Consent for Partners to Manage Your Information: You consent to our partners and entities, such as SR GROUP (having its office at 40/41, L2D Block, Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar,New delhi-110059) (“Strategic Partners”), for whom we serve as a technology facilitator, to collect, store, process, and transfer your information for providing Services through the Platform. You permit these Strategic Partners to handle your personal and transaction information for service usage and authorize them to reach out to you through emails, messages, and calls.

Strategic Partners and Third-Party Services: When you opt for Services from our Strategic Partners or third-party service providers via the Platform, their privacy policies will apply to your information. We are not accountable for the privacy practices of these Strategic Partners or third-party service providers.

Information Sharing in Business Transactions: We reserve the right to share, transfer, or assign your information to other business entities in scenarios like mergers, sales, reorganizations, amalgamations, joint ventures, assignments, restructuring, or the transfer or disposition of any part of our business.

3. SR GROUP SERVICES FOR BIDS/TENDERS PARTICIPATION

  1. Authorization for Bid/Tender Participation Services: The services for participating in bids and tenders, specifically the filing process, are offered by our partner SR GROUP, known as “Bizhelp,” via our Platform. As a recognized and certified consultancy specializing in bid and tender management, Bizhelp handles the entire process. You grant Bizhelp the authority to obtain and gather your personal and other relevant data to deliver e-filing services, register you as a client, retrieve your participation details through procurement portals, provide e-filing access for your bids and tenders, and manage, store, and process your information and documentation necessary for bid participation. Additionally, you permit Bizhelp to execute any supplementary tasks required to fulfill its role as a professional and expert consultancy.

4. COOKIE POLICY

In common with many other websites, our Platform employs cookies, flash cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you visit certain web pages; they are used to remember your preferences and actions.
