| 3 | Sofa Set 5 Seater | Overall size of three seat piece shall be 1730mm long 745mm wide and 530 mm high up to arm rest level. All wood shall be of first class teak wood. Legs of Sofa set shall be 70mm x 35mm in section teak wood. Front legs shall be joined by 100mm x 35mm section wooden rail in front. Front and rear legs shall be joined with 100 mm X 35 mm in section wooden rail in sides. Three wooden bearers of 40mm x 40 mm in section shall be provided below the seat to support the wooden battens of 50mm x 20mm in section. 21 Numbers wooden batten shall be provided for the seat of large three seat and seven numbers wooden batten shall be provided to the seat of one seat set. Back rest shall be made as frame of 70mm x 35mm in section wooden horizontal at bottom and top and vertical sides slanting as 560mm. 14 numbers batten of teak woods shall be provided for the long seat and four number of battens shall be provided for one seat in the wooden frame of the back rest. 30 mm x 50mm in section wooden rail to support back frame shall be provided joining the rear legs. 100 mm thick seat cushion and back cushion shall be of size 530mm x 560mm (3 Numbers in seat and 3 numbers in back for the large seat). The cushion shall be of coal foam and any other superior quality foam of 40 density as approved by Engg-in-Chargr/GE. | 4 | Table Bedside | Overall size shall be as per drg 18mm square conduit pipe duly powder coated as per the colour/shade approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE shall be provide to frame work. Additionally, 04 Nos stiffeners made out of 18mm square hollow MS pipe of 18 gauges shall be provided at bottom of the box of Table Bed Side duly connected by welding to both front leg and back frame. Also, 02 Nos additional stiffeners made out of 18 MS hollow square pipe 18 gauge shall be provided at top of front leg duly connected to back frame by welding. Box shall be manufactured with BWR plywood 18mm thick with both side lamination as per colour/shade approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE. Irrespective of what is shown on the drawing, the top of table shall be made out of 18 mm thick BWR plywood duly postformed with 0.8mm laminate sheet and 2mm PVC edge binding of make Rehau/Kinex shall be pasted mechanically on both open side postformed top. Irrespective of what is shown on the drawing, two side rail at top on longer side and two side rail at top on smaller side duly grooved shall be fixed with wooden nails. Also, a centre stiffner of size 20x40mm shall be provided at center of side bottom rails for extra support. PVC shoes of 25mm dia shall be provided to bottom of each leg with 20mm long screws.
